Title: Software Engineer II - Production AI

Duration: 12 months
- Design AI-enabled solution architectures that integrate models, agents, enterprise context, APIs, and existing systems.
- Partner with internal teams to identify high-value AI opportunities and translate ambiguous business needs into practical technical solutions.
- Build prototypes and production-ready AI applications while contributing reusable engineering patterns and capabilities to a shared platform.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot backend services, AI applications, APIs, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
- Apply AI-native development practices including AI-enabled IDEs and agent orchestration.
- 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Type Script, or similar languages.
- Experience building, maintaining, or operating backend services, internal platforms, or distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience developing applications using generative AI models or similar AI technologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and cross-functional teams.

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by Work Genius.
