Role:

As a Lead Full Stack Engineer
, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable, production-ready web applications across the frontend and backend. You will take ownership of technical decisions, system design, code quality, production readiness, and turning product requirements into clear and actionable engineering plans.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and AI/ML engineers to build and integrate AI-powered products. Strong hands-on experience working with LLMs, AI-powered applications, or AI/ML services in production environments is required
. You will also be responsible for defining and maintaining reliable contracts between core application services and AI services.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who can move quickly, make strong architectural decisions, mentor and review engineers' work, and deliver high-quality features without compromising long-term scalability and maintainability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable end-to-end web applications using Type Script, React, NestJS, and PostgreSQL
• Design and implement robust multi-tenant architecture, authorization, permissions, and data isolation
• Build and maintain scalable backend services, REST APIs, integrations, and database systems
• Develop polished, responsive, and user-friendly frontend applications using React
• Build and integrate AI-powered features and LLM-based applications into production systems
• Work closely with AI/ML engineers to define and maintain clear contracts and integrations between core application services and AI reasoning or processing services
• Integrate and work with LLM providers and AI technologies such as OpenAI, Claude, Lang Graph, or similar tools and frameworks
• Design and develop workflows involving AI-driven recommendations, matching, profiling, automation, or intelligent user experiences
• Work with PostgreSQL, TypeORM, migrations, pgvector
  , and database performance optimization
• Build repeatable and scalable onboarding, configuration, and integration workflows
• Integrate applications with third-party systems such as CRM, booking, payment, or other external platforms
• Participate actively in system design, technical planning, estimation, and architecture decisions
• Translate product requirements and roadmaps into well-defined engineering plans, priorities, milestones, and deliverables
• Establish and maintain strong engineering standards around code reviews, testing, release discipline, documentation, and production reliability
• Review code and provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across frontend, backend, database, AI integrations, and production environments
• Work with cloud infrastructure and deployment environments, including AWS, ECS, Fargate, and Terraform
• Ensure best practices in security, scalability, version control, CI/CD, testing, and deployment

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Type Script
• Deep hands-on experience with NestJS or similar backend frameworks
• Strong hands-on experience with React and the ability to independently deliver frontend features end to end
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL
  , including schema design, migrations, query optimization, and performance tuning
• Mandatory experience building, integrating, or maintaining AI/LLM-powered features or products in a production environment
• Hands-on experience working with LLM APIs and AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Lang Graph, or similar technologies
• Experience integrating AI/ML services with backend applications and designing reliable service-to-service contracts
• Strong understanding of multi-tenant architecture, authorization, permissions, and data isolation
• Solid understanding of backend architecture, REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Experience with TypeORM or similar ORM frameworks
• Experience with AWS and cloud-based application deployment
  , including familiarity with ECS, Fargate, or similar services
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or similar technologies
• Experience acting as a senior or technical lead within a small engineering team
• Strong ability to translate product requirements and roadmaps into realistic technical plans and engineering estimates
• Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, security, and production reliability
• Experience writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Strong experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment practices
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and code review skills
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment
• Ability to move quickly while maintaining high engineering standards and minimizing technical debt
