Lightricks (an AI-first company behind the open-source LTX-2 generative video model) is hiring an AI Pipeline Engineer to act as the primary technical liaison for strategic partners — defining requirements, building prototypes, and integrating LTX into partners' production pipelines.

What you'll do
Responsibilities- Act as main technical contact for partners — define requirements, build prototypes, and advise on workflow improvements Common
- Design and deploy AI-enhanced solutions integrating LTX capabilities into production pipelines
- Translate partner needs into internal briefs and identify recurring market opportunities
- Coordinate with R&D, Engineering, Product, Research, and Marketing teams
- Monitor developments in LTX and the generative AI landscape Unique
- Support partner-facing operations with creative and technical expertise Common
What you'll need
Experience- Portfolio including AI-native work and shipped projects showing both creative craft and technical fluency Common
- Hands-on experience with linear content (film/TV, VFX, animation) and interactive workflows
- Proficiency with creative tools:
After Effects, Premiere, Houdini, Nuke, DaVinci Resolve, Maya, Blender, Unreal Engine, or Unity - ComfyUI expertise with complex multi-node workflows and custom node development
- Experience fine-tuning models and training custom LoRAs Unique
- Python scripting for pipeline development and API integration
- Exceptional communication skills for advising senior leaders
- Willingness to travel ~25% Unique
- Nice to have: client-facing technical experience (solutions engineering/consulting), Creative Technologist or Technical Director background, experience supporting AI/ML research teams Common
