We are entering a critical phase of MVP launch, commercialization, validation, and scale. You will help launch the system, onboard customers, and scale the architecture for growth.

• design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications
• build AI-native workflows leveraging LLMs, search, retrieval, and intelligence systems
• design and maintain APIs, data models, integrations, and supporting services
• optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and operating costs
• contribute to architecture, technical direction, and engineering standards
• support technical diligence, commercialization efforts, and fundraising activities
• recruit, evaluate, and onboard engineering resources upon growth

• building and shipping production software in startup or growth environments
• AI development tools (Cursor, Claude, OpenAI, Replit, Vercel)
• modern web applications (Node.js, React.js, Type Script, Python)
• AWS cloud infrastructure, deployment, and production operations
• AI/ML technologies particularly LLMs
• database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)

• AI/ML and LLM frameworks (Lang Chain, Hugging Face, RAG)
• state management libraries (Redux, MobX)
• search, retrieval, ranking, recommendation systems (Elastic Search, Open Search, SOLR)
• containerization, micro-services, messaging and event-driven architecture
• CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
• domain knowledge of private equity and enterprise SaaS

We care far more about engineering judgment, systems thinking, ownership, execution speed, adaptability, and business understanding than years of experience.

Compensation is structured around meaningful equity ownership during MVP launch and commercialization. Initial cash is modest and designed to increase with milestones.
