We are seeking a Software Developer (Web & Application Development) to support development and maintenance of web and desktop applications supporting enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS) for Parts, Service, and Technical Training platforms.

• Design, develop, and maintain web and desktop applications supporting enterprise LMS platforms
• Support special projects involving web and application development
• Maintain backend services and data integrations supporting training applications
• Support database integrations and data exchange formats (JSON, XML, SQL)

• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with systems and infrastructure teams
• Maintain documentation of application architecture, workflows, and development processes
• Implement application updates supporting training program changes
• Support dealer-facing training tools and internal training platforms

• Learning Management System (LMS) web applications
• Training and technical learning platforms for dealer operations
• Backend services supporting training delivery and content systems
• Automotive service and parts training platforms

• 5+ years web development experience
• 3+ years software development experience
• SQL database development and data integration
• Firebase or cloud-based application hosting
• JSON and XML data handling
• Strong documentation and communication skills

• Java, Python, or additional backend language experience
• C / C++ / C# exposure
• Automotive industry experience
• Experience supporting enterprise LMS or training platforms
• 3+ years Big 4 consulting experience preferred
