Our client seeks a Mid-to-Senior Level Service Now ITAM Developer to design, develop, implement, and enhance enterprise asset management solutions on the Service Now platform. The role focuses on IT Asset Management across HAM, SAM, EAM, CMDB, and related integrations. The ideal candidate brings strong Service Now development experience, asset lifecycle expertise, and the ability to deliver scalable solutions in complex environments.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident with an active Public Trust clearance. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $56.00 to $66.00/hr. w2

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Service Now ITAM solutions following platform best practices.
• Implement and enhance HAM, SAM, and EAM capabilities.
• Configure and maintain asset lifecycle processes including procurement, receiving, deployment, maintenance, transfer, retirement, and disposal.
• Develop and support integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and related technologies.
• Configure and maintain CMDB relationships, data models, reconciliation rules, and data quality processes.
• Build and support Service Catalog items, workflows, Flow Designer solutions, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support data migration and transformation from legacy asset management platforms.
• Develop technical documentation, design documents, process flows, and deployment procedures.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Build and support automated testing using Service Now Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform enhancements.

• 8+ years of Service Now development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Service Now ITAM implementation and support experience.
• Experience with one or more: HAM, SAM, EAM, CMDB.
• Strong experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Catalog Development, and Integration Hub.
• Experience developing REST and SOAP integrations.
• Strong understanding of IT Asset Lifecycle Management processes.
• Experience with CMDB data management, reconciliation, normalization, and governance.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
