Playfly Sports is looking for a Coordinator, Activation to join our team in Los Angeles, CA.

• Support orders that involve client requirements such as flight of sponsorship, total revenue, team distribution and sponsor elements
• Maintain and perform all administrative functions for quality control assurance of sponsorship activations, including team outreach, record systems management and monthly reporting to Sr. Management
• Maintain and update an extensive sponsorship archive to provide a resource environment for the Home Team Sports sales force
• Production and distribution of sponsorship elements to regional sports networks for top‑tier clients
• Assist with custom content deliverables, such as account management needs, collaboration with vendors and regional managers for receipt, troubleshooting system issues and ensuring content executes correctly
• Assist in the production and activation of non‑media sponsor ships with team partners, sports properties, and digital clients
• Help produce video content such as sizzles, recaps, and case studies for current partnerships to help garner additional revenue opportunities
• Assist in training and set up of production systems for Playfly business units, as needed
• Handle estimates and invoices for vendors
• Other job‑related duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 0‑2 years of experience. Focused study in broadcast production and brand activation, preferably sports
• Exceptionally resourceful and solution driven as situations occur for timely decision making
• Ability to manage projects that require daily, finite deadlines is a must
• Excels in a demanding and fast paced environment requiring proactive and positive thinking
• Self‑starter who can work independently
• Strong organizational skills and project management is a must
• Exceptional communication skills, as well as understanding the importance of client relationships and deliverables
• Extremely organized, detail‑oriented, dependable, motivated, and able to work in a variety of environments and conditions
• Eager to learn, proactive, and an innovative thinker

• Occasional travel may be required for company events or to client sites for specific projects

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
