Fit Lab is a performance lifestyle company that inspires movement and builds community through the most beloved products, studios, events, and athletes on the planet. In partnership with Y7, we’re looking for a Part‑Time Sculpt Instructor to join our team in Silver Lake (L.A). Y7 Studio is where movement meets music and we’re redefining what it means to flow.

Part‑time

SCULPT is a 50‑minute, low‑impact, low‑intensity class meant to increase student mobility and build strength. All studios are heated to 80‑90 degrees using state‑of‑the‑art infrared technology, which helps create a detoxifying sweat that stimulates blood circulation and increases flexibility. This is a music‑driven practice where you will flow to tracks from varied genres. Classes are held in a dark, candlelit room with no mirrors to encourage you to turn your focus inward and explore your individual practice.

• 1+ years of leading in‑person, group fitness classes
• Experience in Sculpt, Barre and/or Mat Pilates
• Availability to teach morning, evening, and weekend shifts
• Must be able to commit to at least 2 shifts per week
• Comfortable teaching in heated rooms (85–95°) for extended periods
• Passionate about music and integrating it into the class experience
• Open to feedback, coaching, and ongoing development
• Ability to pass a background check
• Other duties as assigned

32.00 per hour (class), 17.87 per hour (trainings)
