Shipping & Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to manage daily outbound shipments and carrier activity. In this role, you will organize truck schedules, coordinate UPS, Fed Ex, and freight pickups, stage orders, and ensure all shipments leave accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and takes ownership of the shipping dock to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Review the daily shipping schedule and prioritize orders for timely dispatch.
• Coordinate LTL, FTL, UPS, and Fed Ex pickups.
• Organize dock activity and anticipate truck arrivals.
• Prepare and verify Bills of Lading (BOLs) for accuracy.
• Ensure pallets are properly wrapped, labeled, and shipment ready.
• Process outbound shipments in the ERP system.
• Communicate shipment status to Customer Service and other internal teams.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping area.

• 1–3 years of shipping or warehouse experience preferred.
• Familiarity with freight carriers, including UPS, Fed Ex, and LTL shipments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Proactive and dependable with the ability to take ownership of shipping operations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and move around the shipping dock for extended periods.
• Ability to follow daily procedures and safety protocols.
• Dependable, punctual, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Adherence to company safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
