Job Description- Lead one of the most dynamic international airport operations shaping safety, service and performance while driving real impact across teams, customers and key airport partners.

As the Airport Manager LAX
, you will play a key leadership role overseeing all airport operations and customer service delivery, driving safe, efficient and high performing outcomes across both above and below wing functions. You will be accountable for safety, service excellence, people leadership, revenue, regulatory compliance and key operational metrics such as on‑time performance, all contributing to a strong customer experience and ongoing business improvement.
Taking a strategic view of airport performance, this position focuses on identifying opportunities to strengthen local operating processes, alongside managing budgets, cost controls and the delivery of local initiatives that align with broader airport priorities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with airport authorities, government and regulatory bodies, business partners, vendors and other key stakeholders is also a core part of ensuring a seamless and collaborative operation.
You will also provide comprehensive support for our regional operations throughout the Americas, including assistance with ad‑hoc charter activities.
- Senior operational and managerial experience in a large, complex or regulated environment.
- Experience in an operational area within the airline industry preferably in Airport Operations.
- Strong capability in local change management and process improvement.
- Effective communication, negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
- Knowledge of governing aviation requirements including US DOT, TSA MSP and FAA regulatory documentation.
- Excellent written communication and high attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and implement tactical plans and strong partnerships with business partners.
- Knowledge of lounge operations and premium guest/concierge services.
- Ability to lead teams and build strategic partnerships.
