TasksThe Aircraft Loading Supervisor is responsible for:
- Plan aircraft load distribution and optimize cargo per GOM
- Prepare flight documents, notifications, load sheets, and NOTOC
- Brief GHA on loading/unloading and coordinate station activities
- Dispatch operational messages and maintain traffic reports
- Check ULD airworthiness and ramp conditions; monitor equipment and staff readiness
- Supervise or perform aircraft loading/unloading and ensure safety and quality compliance
- Support crew (briefings, catering, hotels) and assist cargo handling
- Follow updated procedures; perform surveillance and report incidents
- Assist in GHA manpower use, staff feedback, training, scheduling, and subcontractor performance monitoring
* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

- High school diploma/GED desirable
- Experience in warehouse handling preferred
- Fluency in English language required
- Qualification according to CHM / GOM required
- Computer literate as user
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Work well under time pressure
- Manage stress effectively
- Lift up to 70 lbs
- Noise pollution
- Outdoor weather conditions
- Must be willing to work shifts
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
