Shuttle Driver – Los Angeles

We are hiring a full‐time W‑2 shuttle driver for Los Angeles. You will drive a company‑provided vehicle, complete scheduled trips, and earn a guaranteed hourly wage with additional performance bonuses and tips.

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour (base pay plus bonuses and tips). Earn 100% of your tips. Receive a full benefits package (medical, vision, dental, 401(k), disability, life insurance).

Job Type: Permanent, W‑2 employee. Fuel, insurance, and maintenance are covered by the company.

• All vehicle expenses handled: fuel, insurance, maintenance, and wear and tear are paid by us.
• Guaranteed hourly pay with the ability to keep 100% of tips.
• Top drivers earn over $25 per hour when base pay, bonuses, and tips are combined.

• Safely drive a company‑provided shuttle to pick up and drop off passengers in a timely, courteous manner.

• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle and ensure a comfortable ride experience.

• Use GPS and routing apps to plan efficient routes, minimizing waiting times and maximizing productivity.

• Offer excellent customer service by greeting passengers, assisting with luggage, and ensuring overall passenger satisfaction.

• Follow all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company policies, including the use of built‑in dash cams and other safety features.

• Minimum 20 to 28 hours per week, with extra shifts available on a flexible basis.
• Earn paid time off and paid holidays after probation.
• Weekend work is required as part of the schedule.

• Must be eligible to drive on the Uber app (not banned from the Uber platform).
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Hold a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Prior experience driving full‑size vans.
• Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen (including marijuana).
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Fluency in English to communicate effectively with passengers.
