We are looking for team players who desire to grow with the Company.

• $22.50/hr / Bi‑Weekly and up
• 8‑hour shifts plus overtime (typical but not consistent)
• 3‑day workweek (24 hours) typical; additional days/hours available
• Expected daytime shifts only.
• A minimum of 2 paid 15‑minute breaks and 1 unpaid 30‑minute meal break.

• Deliver packages on time.
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicle.
• Follow all local and state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies.
• Deliver packages to customers in residential neighborhoods and schools.
• Cooperate with coworkers, management, and vendors/third parties.
• Interact professionally with customers and the general public.
• Follow instructions and handle company property without constant supervision.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events or conditions.
• Maintain pace in a physically demanding job, work in all weather conditions, lift packages up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Communicate effectively with support team to ensure deliveries are completed.
• Use smartphone for GPS navigation, scanning packages, clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors.
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle.
• Support team in daily work, including rescue calls when needed.

• At least 21 years old.
• Unrestricted, non‑provisional driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass a 4‑panel drug screening (not including pre‑employment marijuana testing).
• Good English speaking, reading, and writing/communication skills.
