• Operate all delivery equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product for delivery.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Deliver product by car and to the door of the customer.
• Distribute flyers and door hangers.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers.

• Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (calculator acceptable).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Display motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigate a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including multi‑story buildings and private homes.
• Handle adverse terrain during delivery while carrying product.

• Exposure to varying weather conditions during outside tasks.
• Store temperatures ranging from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas.
• Fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler and hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
• Tasks performed from standing or walking positions, with short walking distances.
• Lifting bulk product deliveries with hand trucks, up to 50 pounds for cases and 3’ x 1.5’ dimensions.
• Carrying large cans (3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lb), and trays of pizza dough (12 lb each).
• Driving within a designated delivery area; several deliveries per shift.
• Pushing or pulling trays on dollies, requiring up to 7.5 lb of force.
• Climbing stairs or ladders infrequently; navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required.
• Reaching operations up to 72” above or below the floor.
