Delivery Tasks:

• Transport pizza orders to customers within the designated delivery area.
• Navigate using maps and GPS, including multi‑story buildings and adverse terrain.
• Assist with inside tasks periodically such as food preparation, cleaning, and inventory.
• Handle monetary transactions accurately and provide correct change.
• Operate a vehicle safely, maintaining a clean and legal driving record.

General Team Member Duties:

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

Communication:

• Comprehend and give written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers via phone or in person.

Essential Functions:

• Accurate basic math, including use of a calculator.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Operate a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry.
• Coordinate eye and hand movements for rapid, accurate task execution.
• Navigate adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings while carrying product.

$16.78 per hour, plus tips and mileage.

Driver Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Minimum of two years licensed driving history in the United States.
• Uninterrupted driving history of at least 1.5 years within the last two years.
• No more than one violation and one at‑fault accident in the last two years.
• No more than two violations and one at‑fault accident in the last three years.
• No more than three violations in the last three years.
• No more than one at‑fault accident in the last three years.
• No serious violations (e.g., drugs/alcohol, leaving the scene, reckless driving) in the last five years.
• No distracted or inattentive driving violations in the last three years.

Vehicle Requirements:

• Insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Vehicle must be registered and maintained in compliance with state law.
• Must be an insured driver on the insurance policy for the vehicle.
• Vehicle must pass a periodic inspection covering headlights, tires, mirrors, brake pressure, wipers, doors, backup lights, horn, safety belt, and taillights/break lights.

Motor vehicles used for making deliveries must have the following items inspected under the supervision of franchisee and store manager at start of employment and thereafter on a periodic basis:

• Headlights
• Tires
• Rear‑view mirror
• Taillights/Brake lights
• Brake pressure
• Windshield wipers
• Doors
• Backup lights
• Horn
• Safety belt
