• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Deliver product by car, then to the customer’s door.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle usable for delivery.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Accurate monetary change handling.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain—including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites—while carrying product.

• Exposure to: varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, in‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in some work areas, sudden temperature changes, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F+, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
• Sensing: hearing on the telephone; near and mid‑range vision for most tasks; depth perception; ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Temperaments: ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work with others, work under stress, meet quality‑control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Standing: most tasks performed from a standing position on tile or linoleum; work‑surface height 36”‑48”.
• Walking: generally short distances for short durations; delivery personnel travel between store and vehicle and from vehicle to customer.
• Sitting: for paperwork at an office desk or table.
• Lifting: bulk product deliveries twice a week or more, unloaded with a hand truck; deliveries may include cases weighing up to 50 lbs with dimensions up to 3’ × 1.5’, stacked up to 72” high.
• Carrying: large cans, 3 lb 7 oz; pizza sauce, 30 lb; trays of pizza dough, 12 lb; carrying during delivery includes walking and climbing.
• Driving: deliver pizzas within the designated delivery area, making several deliveries per shift.
• Pushing: trays on dollies (24”‑30”) requiring up to 7.5 lb force; trays may be pulled.
• Climbing: infrequent stairs or ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance; navigation of five or more flights may be required during delivery.
• Stooping/Bending: forward bending at waist at assembly station, about 40‑45 seconds per instance, repeated throughout the day; similar bending when stocking front counter.
• Crouching/Squatting: occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching: continuously—up, down, forward; above 72” for oven controls, sign price changes, lifting/lowering; down to scooping cornmeal; forward to obtain toppings, clean work surfaces, answer phones.
