Are you detail-oriented and ready to play a key role behind the scenes in a fast-paced warehouse environment? As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be essential in keeping operations running smoothly by packing fresh produce, pulling materials, and organizing orders in the delivery area. Your efforts ensure that products are prepared efficiently and accurately for delivery, making a real difference every day.
Required Skills:
* Ability to efficiently pack produce with care and attention
* Experience pulling and organizing materials accurately
* Strong organizational skills to manage order placement in delivery zones
* Physical stamina to lift, stand, and move throughout the shift
* Good communication and teamwork mindset
Nice to Have
Skills:
* Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures
* Basic knowledge of inventory tracking systems
* Previous experience in produce handling or food packaging
Preferred
Education and Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required
Other Requirements:
* Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
* Flexibility to work varied shifts if needed
