At STIIIZY, we value the versatility and adaptability of our employees. While the primary focus of this role is Distribution Associate, the successful candidate may have the opportunity to cross‑train in other positions within the department based on organizational needs.
A Distribution Associate is an employee responsible for fulfilling orders and arranging outgoing packed orders for delivery. Their duties include interpreting sales orders and pulling the correct product, performing quality control assessments and stacking items safely and securely in the right packaging.
Responsibilities- Self‑motivated and team‑oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Follow company picking/packing procedures and efficiently pull product(s) based on daily orders.
- Ensure order pick/count accuracy.
- Meet specifics set forth by supervisor(s) for all orders promptly.
- Report any discrepancies or adjustments needed by the supervisor.
- Undertake other duties which may arise or be delegated sometimes.
- Handle inventory with care and attention to detail.
- Follow good manufacturing practices and required work safety practices.
- Operate various pieces of equipment such as Pallet Jack and pallet wrapper.
- Be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
- Have strong reading and communication skills.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
- Perform work under direct supervision.
- Handle basic issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher‑level staff.
- Be diligent, punctual, and ready to work.
- Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.

This position starts at $18.00/hour.
- Must be over 21 years of age.
- Available for on‑site operations work Monday‑Friday.
- Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities—not hours; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Willingness and ability to undergo cross‑training in various roles within the department as required.
- Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer.
- Able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time.
- Ability to work in multi‑temperature environments, hot or cool.
- Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
