Van Nuys, CA. Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour. Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM.

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, inventory control, or supply chain management.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse best practices.
• Experience using inventory management systems, ERP software, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret reports and operational data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a customer‑focused approach.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties, including standing, walking, bending, and material handling.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy and workplace safety.
• Flexibility to work overtime or adjusted schedules as business needs require.

• Coordinate daily warehouse, inventory, production, shipping, and receiving activities to support efficient operations and on‑time customer deliveries.
• Develop and execute fulfillment plans using inventory data, reporting tools, and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and inventory teams to support demand forecasting and inventory planning.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Process customer and supply orders by pulling materials, packing products, palletizing shipments, and staging orders for delivery.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks, inspecting incoming shipments, and verifying inventory accuracy.
• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate parcel, LTL, and freight shipments.
• Communicate daily productivity and workload plans to support operational goals and customer requirements.
• Identify process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, inventory control, and overall supply chain performance.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with company safety standards.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products.
• Build strong working relationships with internal departments, vendors, and customers to ensure seamless logistics operations.
