Warehouse Associate - Order Fulfillment & Distribution Job Summary

We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced fashion accessories distribution warehouse. This is a hands‑on role involving container unloading, inventory handling, order picking and packing, shipping preparation, and occasional local deliveries. Accuracy, speed, and reliability are critical in this position. This role supports wholesale, e‑commerce, and trade show order fulfillment.

• Unload inbound containers and shipments safely and efficiently
• Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and speed
• Prepare and stage outbound shipments for carriers
• Receive, count, label, and organize incoming inventory
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems for inventory and order tracking
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (if certified)
• Palletize and move cartons throughout the warehouse
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks
• Help prepare trade show and bulk shipments when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse workspace
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse operating standards
• Assist with local deliveries when required

• Warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution experience preferred
• Experience unloading containers strongly preferred
• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse systems a plus
• Forklift / pallet jack experience a plus (certification helpful but not required)
• Able to lift and move heavy cartons throughout the shift
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and work actively for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Team player with good communication skills
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Fast‑paced distribution warehouse. High order volume and physical activity.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour.
