Warehouse Operations Manager – Key Duties
Oversee daily operations

Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
Lead the team

Hire, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff. Set KPIs and drive performance.
Manage inventory
:
Maintain accurate records through cycle counts. Optimize layout and space utilization.
Control costs
:
Monitor labor, supplies, and equipment usage. Stay within budget and find efficiency gains.
Ensure safety
:
Enforce OSHA/compliance standards. Conduct safety checks and handle incident investigations.
Use data & WMS
:
Analyze operational metrics and leverage the Warehouse Management System to improve processes.
