The Marvin Group, a leading defense contractor, plays a crucial role in the development and manufacturing of various systems for military aerospace and vehicles. Based in Southern California near the Los Angeles International Airport, The Marvin Group consists of Marvin Engineering (MEC), Marvin Test Solutions (MTS) and Marvin Land Systems (MLS). Marvin Engineering designs and produces military Alternate Mission Equipment. Marvin Test Solutions designs and manufactures armament Test Equipment.

This position requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently/independently in a fast-paced environment. Supporting all warehouse responsibilities to meet organizational demands regarding materials management. Pick, Pack, Count, perform SAP transactions, reply to all e-mails, return materials back to stock, communicate any constraints related to Inventory with stakeholder(s), and work with all levels of the Organization to assure 100% Customer Satisfactory.

Providing Confidence & Security to Warfighters all over the World.

• Cycle counts all material in Warehouse & supports YE Physical Inventory
• Pulls all materials on picklist
• Properly packages all materials to be securely store or deliver to internal/external customers
• Process all data-entry in ERP system
• Verify & receives all outbound/inbound materials into stock
• Operates warehouse equipment such as stand-up forklift, sit down forklift, W.A.V. = work assist vehicle, and pallet jack (electric and manual)
• Work Safely per MEC safety protocol. Participating in daily morning stretches, utilizes proper P.P.E. = Personal Protective Equipment, and completes all monthly safety training

• 1 year experience in inventory environment (manufacturing preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently & as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• 1 year experience in ERP system (preferably SAP).
• 1 year experience operating warehouse equipment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-starter.
• Must be able to follow good warehousing practices such as Clean as you go and F.O.D. = Foreign object debris. Maintaining a clean working environment & supporting safety.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 35lbs., stand, walk, bend, & climb ladder(s) during 8-hour shift.
• High school diploma or GED.

Base Salary Range (Inglewood only): $20.00 to $22.00
