Salary Range: $21.00 - $24.00 Hourly

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Agent to support inventory accuracy, system updates, and daily warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, system-savvy, and capable of maintaining accurate inventory records in a fast-paced logistics environment.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure system data is up to date
• Support inbound and outbound order processing, including basic shipping and receiving activities
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and reconciliations
• Review shipment information for accuracy and report discrepancies as needed
• Help ensure alignment between system records and physical inventory
• Maintain organized documentation and support audit readiness
• Communicate inventory updates or issues to relevant stakeholders
• Follow standard procedures and support overall warehouse operations
• Assist in identifying process improvements

• 1–4 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or WMS-related roles
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to follow processes and work independently in a structured environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
