Job Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented and reliable associates to join our Returns (RMA) team. As an RMA Package Sorter, you will be responsible for sorting customer return packages, identifying shipments that are “customer paid” vs. “return to sender,” and ensuring all items are properly routed for further processing.

This role is critical in supporting warehouse operations and requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sort and organize incoming return packages from multiple truckloads.

Identify and separate customer-paid returns from return-to-sender shipments.

Follow RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) procedures and site-specific processes.

Ensure packages are staged and routed to the correct departments.

Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company safety standards.

Report directly to on-site supervisors (Joel and Monique).

Qualifications

Previous warehouse or package handling experience preferred but not required.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.

Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.

Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Shift & Work Environment

Shift: 2nd Shift (full-time and flex opportunities may be available).

Environment:
Fast-paced warehouse; not temperature controlled (may be hot/cold depending on season).

Standard warehouse attire required: closed-toe slip-resistant shoes, clear bag policy, safety vest provided.

  • Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
  • Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight
  • Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
  • Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
  • Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
  • Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment
  • There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
