Läderach Chocolatier Suisse NA seeks an ECOM Logistics/Fulfillment Supervisor to support day-to-day fulfillment operations and team performance within our eCommerce and marketplace business. You will ensure workflow efficiency, inventory accuracy, and KPI execution while directly supervising associates.
Expect to supervise, train, and coordinate cross-functional communication to improve throughput, adhere to standards, and manage stock with ERP/OMS systems in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
