XDS is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join us on this ground‑floor opportunity to establish XDS in the North American market. You'll be a key member of our operations team, responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of inventory and shipments within our warehouse facility. You’ll work closely with our Warehouse & Logistics Manager, ensuring all operational procedures are followed to meet distribution deadlines.
We have a full time position available.
What You’ll Do- Receive incoming shipments
- Move material and inventory throughout the facility
- Meticulously inspect and organize stock
- Pick and prepare orders for outbound shipping
- Perform duties that may include packing, scanning, kitting or counting products
- Verify orders, label products and use a handheld scanner
- Operate tools such as ladders, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and conveyors
- Performing regular inventory counts
- Report any discrepancies to management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- A year or more of experience in a warehouse environment
- Basic math skills for simple calculations, with and without a calculator
- Experience reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural documents
- The ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 70 lbs
- The ability to stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods of time
- The ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull
- Experience handling or managing tools and equipment
- Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including possible overtime when needed
- Experience using a handheld scanner
