LTL Warehouse Manager

Teza Doors & Windows is one of the fastest-growing manufacturers and distributors of premium aluminum doors and windows in Southern California. We specialize in high-end bifold doors, sliding doors, French doors, garage doors, storefront systems, and custom architectural products. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, inventory, shipping, receiving, and team management at our Van Nuys headquarters.

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for leading all warehouse operations while ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient order fulfillment, safe working conditions, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing large inventories and coordinating LTL and freight shipments.

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse employees.
• Maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound LTL, FTL, and local deliveries.
• Ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on time.
• Organize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and safety.
• Schedule warehouse staff and monitor productivity.
• Work closely with the sales, purchasing, customer service, and operations teams.
• Inspect incoming products for damage or shortages.
• Manage warehouse equipment and maintenance.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and company policies.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Assist with loading and unloading when needed.
• Handle customer pickups and ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Oversee warehouse cleanliness and organization.

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience.
• Experience managing a team of 10+ employees preferred.
• Experience with large inventory operations.
• Strong knowledge of LTL freight, common carriers, and logistics.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain one).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with warehouse management software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Quick Books, SOS Inventory, Zoho, or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.
• Valid California driver's license.
