- Proficiency in processing shipment paperwork for inbound and outbound orders
- Ability to print and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) accurately
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience with warehouse management systems or logistics software
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and compliance
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Willingness to handle physical aspects of warehouse work if needed
