Produce’s RO puree by managing equipment, systems, and product attributes.
Support and ensure compliance with all programs, policies, and procedures outlined in the Food Safety and Quality Management System. Fulfill assigned food safety and regulatory responsibilities in accordance with the SQF Food Safety Code, including promptly reporting any concerns to initiate corrective action. Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and EOS.

Follows approved procedures receiving raw materials from
extractor to heat exchanger and transfers to RO unit producing an RO puree product. Performs production/CIP changeovers and checks equipment and systems while in operation.

Monitors product temperature through pasteurization
checking brix every hour.

Performs preventative maintenance as prescribed in equipment
operation manuals and performs other duties at RO or main plant as needed or assigned by superior.

Follows approved procedures completing CIP and COP of RO unit
And production line.

Completes production, quality, sanitations, paperwork and assist
forklift operator with staging drums when not busy.

Physical Demands:Agile, standing for long periods of time, bending, reaching, lifting 50+ lbs., climbing stairs, and the ability to work various shifts.
Food plant, high noise levels, subject to cold, hot, and humid conditions, wet floors, forklift traffic and exposure to wet and dry-cleaning agents
Special Equipment Used:RO unit, Heat exchangers, High-pressure washing station and Hot water station. Cell phone.
