U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse, Peritoneal RN who will be trained in-house for both in-center and home dialysis modalities.
The role supports patients choosing home therapies and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with flexibility based on patient caseload. The nurse will train patients and care partners, conduct home visits, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in infection control and continuous quality improvement activities.
