Security Guard Retail Store

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor for suspicious activity, policy violations, and potential hazards, and promptly report observations through established procedures;
Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and the documentation of incidents and daily activities
