Security Officer Retail Store

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel when needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor customer and employee activity, observe for policy violations or suspicious behavior, and document security-related incidents according to site guidelines.;
Assist with access control, closing procedures, and/or crowd management during busy business periods, special events, or peak shopping times.
