Job Description

This role provides essential administrative support and exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced medical practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Check in and check out patients.
  • Collect money for patient responsibility portion.
  • Coordinate with providers.
  • Communicate with billing and authorization department to understand patient’s responsibility.
  • Answer and handle phone calls.
  • Return voicemails.
  • Enter data in a spreadsheet for KPIs.
  • Keep the front desk organized and clean.
  • Scan documents.
  • Apply payments.
  • Prepare for next day.
  • Check faxes and respond accordingly.
  • Schedule patients for future visits.
  • Attend team meetings.
  • Actively participate in problem‑solving for the department.
  • Reconcile data on a daily basis.
