The position is based in Los Gatos, South Bay, and will oversee daily construction on high-end luxury residential projects.

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year.

A leading Bay Area GC is looking to hire a Foreman/Assistant Superintendent for ongoing projects in Los Gatos. They specialize in high-end luxury residential construction projects.

We are looking for a Foreman who will coordinate and oversee daily site construction activities under the supervision of the Field Manager. You will support the successful completion of projects with precision, craftsmanship, organization, and documentation — ensuring jobs are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
