Full Time (M-Th 830-5:15).

YOUR ROLE:
  • Exemplary presence at the front desk. First impressions matter!
  • Efficient and accurate Patient scheduling.
  • Stellar Communication/Triaging in person, phone calls, texts.
  • Interpreting Account Ledgers for balances, credits, EOBs.
  • Collecting payment and Asking for Reviews.
  • Explaining insurance, copays.
  • Presenting and closing treatment plans.
  • OSHA/HIPAA compliance officer.
  • Administrative duties
  • Cross-trained in insurance billing/AR, implementing and analyzing metrics, marketing/business development, etc.
