Role Overview
Netflix’s Ads Platform team is building advertising systems that power the delivery of ads to our members. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with ad‑tech domain experience to lead high‑impact, cross‑functional programs that deliver technical solutions.
Responsibilities- Lead multiple complex cross‑functional programs with product, engineering, design, and data science.
- Provide deep domain expertise to shape sound technical strategies.
- Drive clarity and engagement with partners to align roadmaps and prioritize.
- Decompose requirements into technical execution plans with measurable milestones, optimize scope and schedule, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks.
- Use insights from program work to influence technology, architecture, and operations improvement.
- Communicate progress and status to stakeholders and leadership.
- 10+ years of technical program management experience.
- Ad‑tech expertise driving large‑scale ads decisioning systems and ML optimization engines.
- Proven experience managing large‑scale software projects, defining technical strategies, and building long‑term scalable solutions.
- Strong understanding of product growth and discovery solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate business impact and technical constraints.
- Self‑starter who thrives on tackling 0‑to‑1 problem spaces and providing direction.
- Ability to partner with cross‑functional teams and identify gaps, debate approaches, and trade‑off product vs technology.
Salary range: $420,000–$630,000. Netflix offers a flexible mix of salary and stock options, and a comprehensive benefits package.
