IT Project Manager, Systems Engineer
For our client, we are seeking a Manager Enterprise Security Technology - Design And Build to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.
Location:
Los Gatos, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $215,000 – $340,000 annually
Responsibilities- Own the global security technology design & build program from assessment to handoff
- Lead and develop a team of contract project managers
- Define and publish global security technology design standards
- Decide on vendor strategy and manage sourcing
- Manage annual portfolio and budget forecasting
- Oversee detailed design processes and compliance standards
- Govern project delivery milestones and acceptance criteria
- Ensure secure cloud integrations and design practices
- Establish program health reporting and stakeholder communication
- 6+ years leading global physical security technology programs
- Experience in program management with SLAs/KPIs setup
- Familiarity with Genetec (VMS/ACS) and cloud architectures
- Fluency in Revit/CAD workflows and security drawings
- History of managing Cap Ex/OpEx portfolios of $10M+ annually
- Skilled in vendor negotiation and RFPs
- Strong leadership across IT and construction teams
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to travel up to 50% internationally
