Product Manager, Ads Platform; Experimentation Foundations

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager Ads Platform (experimentation Foundations) to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Location:

Los Gatos, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $440,000 – $725,000 annually

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for laboratory infrastructure in the company Ads
• Design and maintain infrastructure supporting diverse ad experiments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch customer‑centric products
• Prioritize and manage the product roadmap, balancing short‑ and long‑term needs
• Engage with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable product features
• Develop self‑monitoring systems for high availability and performance
• Become an expert in the advertising data ecosystem, focusing on privacy and governance

• 10+ years of Product Management experience with a successful track record in foundational tech
• Visionary leadership with ability to deliver ambitious roadmaps
• Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem and data privacy
• Proven experience working with cross‑functional teams across engineering and design
• Familiarity with advertising regulations and legal compliance
