The Opportunity

Xactly is seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing Intern to support our high-impact marketing initiatives. This role will help support Xactly's brand-building initiatives and coordinate key programs, including Xactly-owned events, project management, and other initiatives across the marketing team. You will be instrumental in creating engaging content and ensuring the smooth execution of diverse marketing projects that support our prospect, customer, and partner efforts.

Key Responsibilities

* Events:
Provide planning, preparation, and execution support for Xactly's Spring events. This includes coordinating logistics, vendor support, and travel accommodations.

* Webinars:
Provide coordination support for a robust webinar program in partnership with campaign managers.

* Project Management:
Offer essential support across various marketing activities to ensure the timely execution of campaigns.

* Organic Social Media Support:
Assist with the coordination and upkeep of social media platforms, including ideating compelling content and managing the content calendar.

* Cross-Functional Initiatives:
Support additional activities and programming as needed to drive engagement with prospects, customers, and partners.

Required

Skills & Qualifications

* Educational Background:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

* Organizational

Skills:

Excellent project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

* Social Media Savvy:
Familiarity with managing corporate social media channels such as Linked In, X, and Facebook.

* Creativity: A strong creative drive and a passion for storytelling within a tech environment.
