Per Diem IVF Case Manager

Opportunity Overview

Immediate opening for an Per Diem IVF Case Manager at Reproductive Science Centers of the San Francisco Bay Area in Los Gatos, California.

• Schedule: Per diem; hours will vary
• Compensation: Commensurate with experience
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse: $40 to $45 per hour
  • Registered Nurse: $60 to $65 per hour

In this role, the Per Diem IVF Case Manager will:

• Assist with coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients
• Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education
• Communicate physician orders, instructions, and laboratory results with interpretation and explanation
• Establish a compassionate environment by supporting patients and families
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records

We seek professionals who combine technical skill with a deep sense of responsibility for the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.

• RN required; BSN preferred
• Current state RN license without limitations required
• IVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients
• Computer proficiency required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships
• Strong customer service orientation; highly responsive to requests
