Opportunity Overview
Immediate opening for an Per Diem IVF Case Manager at Reproductive Science Centers of the San Francisco Bay Area in Los Gatos, California.
- Schedule: Per diem; hours will vary
- Compensation: Commensurate with experience
- Licensed Vocational Nurse: $40 to $45 per hour
- Registered Nurse: $60 to $65 per hour

In this role, the Per Diem IVF Case Manager will:
- Assist with coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients
- Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education
- Communicate physician orders, instructions, and laboratory results with interpretation and explanation
- Establish a compassionate environment by supporting patients and families
- Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records

Qualifications and Skills- RN required; BSN preferred
- Current state RN license without limitations required
- IVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of patients
- Computer proficiency required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships
- Strong customer service orientation; highly responsive to requests
