The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a contracted, school-based placement in Los Gatos, CA for the 26/27 school year
! This is a full-time private duty/1:1 role supporting a local K-12 district with nursing services.
Working with The Stepping Stones Group means consistent pay, clinical backing from experienced nurses, and support from a team that understands school-based nursing - not just staffing.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- Active CNA Certification
- BLS CPR Certification
- Pediatric and school experience preferred
- Demonstrated competency in the specific skills required for the assigned student including:
- Experience with seizures
- Experience with HS aged student
- School-based experience
- MUST demonstrate reliability, punctuality and accountability
- Provide all 1:1 support for students with needs ranging from developmental, behavioral, or physical disabilities, or medically fragile students
- Implement care plans as directed by school nurse
- Assist with adaptive equipment and assistive devices
- Document care and communicate with school teams
