Senior Test Engineer - Partner Device QC & AI Automation

The Partner Test Tech team is responsible for ensuring a high‑quality Netflix experience on smart TVs and set‑top devices by building and maintaining device automation and infrastructure.

• Drive diversity and stability across a fleet of in‑house CE devices using data‑driven approaches to ensure efficient use of devices
• Gather and analyze metrics with internal teams to identify trends and opportunities to improve testing at lower cost

• Experience with web technologies, from network protocols to AWS services
• Created novel solutions to complex problems while leveraging existing tools
• Led projects that impacted cross‑functional teams, improving outcomes
• Led AI initiatives to change approaches for developing and validating software
• Experience with graphics and video streaming technologies

Compensation for this role is a base salary ranging from $ to $. Full‑time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off;
