• Define the systems architecture for an intelligent UI library with XD and Content Design leads — scalable patterns for chat interfaces, agentic feedback loops, and human-in-the-loop interventions, backed by machine-consumable documentation, schemas, and metadata

• Growing understanding of agentic systems and architectures (reusable workflows, safety guardrails, context isolation, long-term context)
• Agility in AI-native environments such as Cursor or Claude Code — redefining the design-to-engineering handoff
• Deep understanding of how design systems and platform architectures scale with dynamic or non-deterministic content
• High-level judgment on when to automate via AI vs. protect human-led coherence Unique
