• Expected Income: $1,200 to $1,500 weekly average ($1,800/week for top-tier drivers)
• 3-Month Pay Floor: $1,000 minimum weekly guarantee during your first 90 days solo
• Weekly Distance: 1,900 2,300 miles
• Extra Pay: $15 per stop + enhanced short-haul compensation
• Home Time Routine: 2 weeks out, then home
• Work Hours: Day/Night dispatches; weekend coverage needed; holiday plans set with your supervisor

• Equipment: Refrigerated units (Reefer)
• Type of Stops: ~60% Drop & Hook (remaining is live load/unload and preloads)

• Paid Mentorship: $850 guaranteed weekly pay for 46 weeks with a senior driver

• Must be at least 21 years old with a Class A CDL
• Either 6+ months OTR experience in the past year OR a recent grad (120+ hr school)
• Safe driving record:
  Max 2 moving violations (2 yrs) / Zero major preventable crashes (5 yrs)
• No DUI/DWI in the last 510 years (Lifetime ban for commercial motor vehicles)
• Must pass hair/urine drug tests and standard background screening
