Job Description

We are seeking a professional Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for visitors, responsible for managing communications through multi-line phone systems, emails, chat platforms, and internal messaging. The ideal candidate will handle confidential information with discretion while assisting with scheduling and maintaining efficient office operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and patients in a welcoming and professional manner
• Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Perform data entry accurately and timely
• Handle office supply management to ensure stock availability
• Manage visitor check-in and visitor logs
• Take and relay messages promptly
• Assist with scheduling and calendar management as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive medical and administrative information

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in reception or administrative support
