Automotive Service Advisor - Melloy Auto Group | Los Lunas, NM

Melloy Auto Group in Los Lunas is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer who knows that great service starts with communication and ends with a customer who wants to come back.

We want an advisor who answers the phone, makes outbound calls, follows up with customers, sells needed maintenance and repairs, and keeps customers informed throughout the entire service process.

This is not an order-taking position. We're looking for someone who can build relationships, earn trust and develop a loyal customer base.

• Previous automotive dealership Service Advisor / Service Writer experience
• Proven CSI or NPS performance
• Ability to document previous production and sales results
• Strong telephone skills and comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls
• Ability to professionally present and sell recommended maintenance and repairs
• Strong follow-up and customer communication
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders while keeping customers informed
• Understanding of technician productivity, repair-order flow and dealership service processes
• A genuine focus on customer retention and repeat service business

A successful Melloy Service Advisor doesn't just write repair orders.

You know your customers. You return their calls. You follow up on declined work. You explain repairs clearly. You make sure promises are kept. You recommend the maintenance their vehicle needs, and when that customer needs service again,
they ask for you by name.
