Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role involves providing psychological services to students, helping them overcome educational, emotional, and social challenges to promote their academic success and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluate student learning and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide counseling and intervention for students with social, emotional, or behavioral difficulties
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and maintain accurate, confidential records
• Offer guidance on behavioral management and crisis intervention strategies

Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience with conducting assessments and developing IEPs in K-12 settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to multiple school locations within Los Lunas, NM area
