Position Summary:

Help students. Build your skills. Make an impact.

Looking for a rewarding on-campus job where you can help fellow students while gaining valuable professional experience? Join the Enrollment Management Services team as a Enrollment Services Student Success Peer Coach. In this role, you'll welcome students, answer questions, provide new student onboarding support, and help connect students with campus resources. You'll also assist with admissions, registration, financial aid, and other enrollment services while developing leadership, communication, customer service, and office skills.

No prior experience required. Training will be provided.

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome and assist students, families, and campus visitors.
  • Answer questions and connect students with helpful campus resources.
  • Provide peer-to-peer support and encouragement to newly admitted students.
  • Assist with admissions, financial aid, and enrollment-related processes.
  • Answer phones and respond to general inquiries.
  • Scan, organize, and maintain student records while protecting confidentiality.
  • Support daily office operations and work collaboratively with staff.
