Kirtland Federal Credit Union seeks a Part Time Member Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional, member-first service in our Albuquerque branch. In this role, you will greet and assist members, process deposits, withdrawals, and payments, and handle routine account maintenance with accuracy and care. You'll listen to member needs, resolve questions, and educate them on accounts, loans, cards, and digital banking tools to support their financial well-being.
Working in a collaborative, service-focused environment, you'll uphold security and compliance standards, help achieve branch goals, and grow your skills for future opportunities in banking and member service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist members in person and by phone, delivering high-quality service aligned with credit union standards
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and account maintenance accurately and securely
- Educate members on accounts, loans, cards, and digital banking tools to support financial well-being
- Identify member needs and refer appropriate credit union products and services
- Resolve routine account questions, issues, and discrepancies, escalating complex problems as needed
- Follow all security, compliance, and regulatory procedures, including verification of identity and transactions
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily work with minimal errors
- Document member interactions and updates in core systems with accuracy and confidentiality
- Participate in ongoing training on products, systems, and member service best practices
- Support branch goals and community-focused initiatives as part of a collaborative team
Required Skills
