• Approximately $98,000–$112,000 total annual compensation
  (Hourly base + monthly incentives + CEU reimbursement + signing bonus/student loan reimbursement)

In this role, you will:

• Deliver high-quality outpatient PT treatments under PT supervision
• Follow individualized care plans
• Provide hands‑on manual and functional therapy
• Support acute/chronic rehab, pre/post‑op care, return‑to‑sport, and return‑to‑work programs
• Build relationships with patients, staff, and the local community
• Document efficiently through our AI‑enhanced EMR
• Maintain state, federal, and payer compliance

• Graduation from an accredited PTA program
• Current New Mexico PTA license (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for patient‑centered care
