The Role- Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Location: Albuquerque, NM
- Pay: $25–$35/hr
, based on experience - Incentives: Productivity bonuses up to $2,500/month

Our Ambient Listening Technology (ALT) is fully integrated with our EMR and:

In this role, you will:
- Deliver high-quality outpatient PT treatments under PT supervision
- Follow individualized care plans
- Provide hands‑on manual and functional therapy
- Support acute/chronic rehab, pre/post‑op care, return‑to‑sport, and return‑to‑work programs
- Build relationships with patients, staff, and the local community
- Document efficiently through our AI‑enhanced EMR
- Maintain state, federal, and payer compliance
- Graduation from an accredited PTA program
- Current New Mexico PTA license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for patient‑centered care
- Outpatient orthopedic & sports therapy
- Manual / functional hands‑on therapy
- Acute & chronic rehabilitation
